DENNIS HICKS JOINS THE ART EXPOSED COMMUNITY TO EXHIBIT ORIGINAL ARTWORK ONLINE AND IN LOCAL RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS
Las Vegas, Nevada (October 24, 2007) Dennis Hicks from Las Vegas, Nevada announced today his membership with Art eXposed, a start up company located in Manalapan, New Jersey that works with local artists to promote their artwork via the Internet and in retail establishments. Hicks joins a growing community of artists who want to catalog their work on the Art eXposed website at www.getartexposed.com in an effort to attract prospective buyers.
Hicks has been creating digital photography for over three years. He began studying photography in high school and learned other mediums as he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education.Â Hicks is constantly working to add new dimensions to his artwork, which now includes models and still life photography in his portfolio. Hicks is also self-taught in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
“I chose to exhibit my artwork at www.getartexposed.com because the company uses a combination of public relations, marketing and public presentation in both real-world venues and via the Art eXposed website,” states Hicks.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Dennis Hicks received his formal art education at the age of 22 from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. He studied photography at an early age and enjoys creating digital photography that is re-imagined and resembles impressionist paintings. Hicks has exhibited at select locations including the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Starbucks Coffee house in Henderson, Nevada. Hicks resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with a studio in Henderson, Nevada.
